Sometimes, a quick email works wonders. I wrote to Radio Somerset, letting them know that Fresh Fiction short story nights are featuring at Ilminster LIt Fest this year.

They got in touch! After some comedy moments blazing up the A303 at seven o’ridiculous and going to the wrong Holiday Inn I turned up a little late and flustered and we went in for a little ‘chat’ into the fabulous studio. Luke was a wonderful interviewer and switched on the red record button without me even noticing, so the interview went well and I as able to talk about Fresh Fiction and what we look for in a story.
